About

From Brazilian National Team to Academy Leadership

More than 25 years of professional volleyball across Brazil, Belgium, Argentina and Greece shaped a single conviction: sustainable programs — not isolated talents — build champions. Competing for the Brazilian National Team and clubs such as SESI São Paulo and Olympiacos taught the standards of elite performance from the inside.

Today, as founder and CEO of Associação RS Olímpico, Gustavo leads high-performance projects, athlete development, sports events, sponsorship acquisition and social impact through volleyball. The mission is direct: build academies that develop athletes, coaches and communities — anywhere in the world.
